Volunteer for Field Day (5/15)

Help make Hunt's Super Hero Field Day a success by volunteering for one of the game stations or in a support role (set-up, floater, clean up).

Volunteer Shifts:
K-2nd - 7:30-11:00am
3rd-5th - 11:00-2:30pm

*All volunteers need to be VOLY approved before the event! Please complete your PISD volunteer application at plano.voly.org if you have not already done so for this school year as it takes 3-5 business days to clear.

Field Day Spirit Wear (Ends 5/3, Optional!)

Pre-order your optional Field Day keepsake tee for your student and/or for your Volunteer Shift!

Order deadline: Sunday, May 3rd

Student shirts will be printed on the same brand/color as their GRADE LEVEL SHIRT so that they match their grade level.

2 FREE Yearbook Custom Pages due 4/20!

To create your 2 FREE Custom Pages in your Yearbook:

1. Log into Treering account (https://web.treering.com/personal/home)

2. Click "Explore Yearbooks" button

3. Under "Customize ____'s Yearbook", Click "Customize"

4. Ensure the option "Print Custom Pages" is toggled to "Yes"

Choose from a variety of templates or make your own!

Your design is automatically saved and will print AS IT APPEARS by April 20th. (That means if you started your design and have not completed it by the deadline, it will print exactly as you left it.)

First spread (2 pages) are free. $1.99 for every subsequent spread.

Submit Yearbook photos using ONE (1) of these 3 methods:

Treering Private Upload Portal (see instructions BELOW).
Facebook: On PTA Grade Level Pages, Find album “25-26 Yearbook Photos” and upload your photos into the album (not in the comments!) with the event in the captions.
Email: Email your photos to Patty at Yearbook@HuntPTA.org and include grade level and event in your email so that it can be sorted.
