When is the last day to purchase a yearbook?
April 14th is the last day to purchase a yearbook for your student! Hunt PTA WILL NOT order additional yearbooks this year to avoid having unsold inventory. Only yearbooks pre-ordered through the Lifetouch website will be printed for delivery! You MUST pre-order a yearbook in order to have a yearbook delivered to your student. Hunt PTA will not sell yearbooks after they are printed and delivered to the school for distribution!
I don't remember if I purchased a yearbook already or not!
Search your email for an email with subject line "YB Pay - Order Confirmation" and you should find a receipt from Lifetouch with your yearbook order.
Can't find your confirmation email but certain you purchased a yearbook? Please email Patty at Yearbook@HuntPTA.org and/or Jenny at WaysandMeans@HuntPTA.org with your name and student name and we will check for you!
When will Yearbooks be delivered?
Yearbooks will be delivered the last week of school directly to your student's homeroom classroom for distribution by teachers in time for classroom/grade level signing parties!
How can I purchase a full-page ad for my student?
Full-page ads were available exclusively in our Fall Silent Auction! You can purchase a business-card sized ad, or a quarter-page ad for your student here on our sales form.
I won a full-page in the Silent Auction. What do I do next?
PTA will contact you in February for the details for your full-page ad. In short, you will be offered these options to submit your one-page ad: You can use your own software to create your ad, then submit to Yearbook@HuntPTA.org as a high-resolution .jpg or .png. We can send you a blank canvas on Canva to design your page for us to download for inclusion. Or "hire" us to create your full-page ad by simply purchasing the "Design My Ad For Me" listing and we will contact you shortly for photos and your message to create your ad!
